While we'd like to accomodate everyone, our venue has limited space, so unless discussed with us prior, no surprise guests please!

We know our guests have a wide range of dietary needs, including those who are Kosher, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free. All food will be buffet-style to accommodate these dietary needs, but if you have a specific allergy, please let us know in the RSVP form as soon as possible!

May in Saugerties, NY can be a bit unpredictable with global warming. For 2024, the high over Memorial Day weekend was 85 degrees, with a low of 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Thankfully it didn't rain last year, but it's always a possibility in the spring, so please dress accordingly as a majority of the events Saturday & Sunday will be outside!

For Saturday's Welcome Festival: Yes! Please mark all attendees from your party in your RSVP so we can have the right amount of food prepared.

For Sunday's Wedding and Reception: Unfortunately, due to seating restrictions at our venue (and a desire to let parents party!), only children under 12 months OR over 10 years old will be allowed to attend. If enough guests are bringing kids under 10, we will connect any interested parents to coordinate offsite childcare!
